|AAFAO was founded in 2014 for the sole purpose of training podiatric residents in the techniques and skills of skeletal fixation, trauma, and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. We offer training sessions multiple times a year in both comprehensive and advanced classes. Each course is taught by some of the best podiatrists in the profession.|

Residents who did not clear the waitlist for 2017
will have priority status until Nov. 17, 2017
All registrations will be processed in the order they are received. If a course sells out before your registration is processed, you will automatically be confirmed for the next available course and have priority waitlist for the requested course. All confirmations will be sent via email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the start date of the event. All cancellation/rescheduling requests must be made in writing (fax, mail or email to email@example.com). Cancellations requiring a refund will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee or you may move the full amount to the next available course. Cancellation requests received within two weeks of the start of the course are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Residents need to fax us a letter from your residency director stating that you are in good standing, the year of your residency program and that you have permission to attend the course.
Continuing Education Contact Hours
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards, requirements, and guidelines for approval of sponsors of continuing education in podiatric medicine through an affiliation of The Podiatry Institute and the American Academy of Foot and Ankle Osteosynthesis. The Podiatry Institute is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a sponsor of continuing education in podiatric medicine.
